Become a runner



My challenge started Tuesday, January 17, 2015.  But you can start today or set your own date for when you want to start. If you have never been a runner before, or if you haven’t run in a long time, start slow and with small goals such a s “run one mile without stopping. ” once you reach that goal increase it to two and so on.  You will be happy you made this decision.

Are you already an experienced runner or are you a beginner?   How do you plan to achieve your goals?
